About
Olga Magas, M.O.M., L.Ac., Dipl. O.M. (NCCAOM) is nationally certified as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine. Olga received her Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. Olga has a passion for empowering her clients to become agents of their own healing. She works in partnership with her clients to help them identify and address physical, mental, and emotional root causes of their health conditions. Based on a thorough assessment of a client’s health history, constitution, lifestyle, as well as a pulse and a tongue diagnosis, Olga develops a personalized treatment strategy that spans acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine & nutritional therapy, Eastern fitness practices, and wellness coaching to address the needs of a whole person and offer individualized tools for taking charge of one’s own well-being.
Prior to moving to New Jersey, Olga had a successful practice in Maryland and Washington, DC for over three years. She has effectively treated a broad spectrum of health conditions: acute and chronic pain, headaches/migraines, stress-related mental and emotional issues, infertility using acupuncture and Chinese herbs alone as well as in conjunction with assisted reproductive technologies (IUI & IVF), recurrent miscarriage, prenatal and postpartum conditions, irregular periods and PMS, menopause-related symptoms, gastrointestinal issues, anxiety/depression, insomnia, allergies, side effects of cancer treatments and more.
Olga is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. When Olga is not in the treatment room, she enjoys practicing yoga, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and their two children.
